Perfectly located opposite the Old Port, La Permanence is a large 80m2 two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the first floor (no elevator) of a secure Haussmannian building, the apartment offers incredible views of the Old Port. Very bright and tastefully decorated, it is the perfect apartment to immerse yourself in the heart of Marseille life... Bars, restaurants, shopping, boat cruises, it is the ideal place to discover the Phocaean city.

Layout and sleeping arrangements
-A large living room with a wooden table, 2 sofas, 1 of which converts into a double bed,
- A large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a bar area. Microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, electric oven, hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
-Bedroom 1 (with a magnificent view of the old port): 1 bed 160x200cm,
-Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x200cm,
-A shower room including a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron
- 1 separate WC.

Take a selfie under the Ombrière, stroll along the quayside and watch the fishermen going out to sea, discover the magnificent heritage surrounding the Old Port, take a mini-cruise on the Ferry Boat... There's no shortage of activities in this must-see place! For those with a sweet tooth, don't miss the fish market every morning, and if you're more in the mood for flowers, there's even the flower market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
