NOCNOC L'Aramis has a surface area of 53m2 and is located on the 1st floor with lift. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located between the Place des Terreaux and the Opera. This elegant flat overlooks the salons of the Hôtel de Ville, ideal for working, shopping and immersing yourself in city life.

The flat is located in a building with 2 other flats (Le Porthos and L'Athos).

Layout and sleeping arrangements :

- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob.

- Dining table for 6 people.

- Living room with sofa bed.

- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90x200cm) on street side

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200cm) on the second day.

- Bathroom with WC

Practical information:

- The flat is on the 2nd floor

- You will be able to contact a member of our team throughout your stay.

- You will be able to check in and out independently thanks to a key box on the landing: arrival time 5pm / departure time 11am (we ask for a supplement of €10 per hour for late check-ins).

- Ideal for families with children (An umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request, as well as a high chair )

Cleaning :

Cleaning costs are directly included in the total price. They include cleaning and the provision of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay.

Security deposit :

- A deposit is required for the flat, a pre-authorisation on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay.

- In the event of a party or complaint from the neighbours about noise after 10pm, the entire deposit will be debited.
