Bonus: located on Rue de la Monnaie, one of the oldest streets in Lille, the private elevator serves floors 1, 2, and 3. Close to all amenities, a 15-minute walk from the railway station.

Accommodation All apartments feature:

• Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) along with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals.

Apartment THE SOPRANO, 3rd floor, capacity 14 people, 4 bedrooms including a "dormitory", 6 double beds, 1 bench.

THE MONNAIE BUILDING is the perfect place to accommodate large groups while maintaining your independence through individual spaces.

Cleaning fees are included in the total displayed price. They include cleaning, provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats, and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-COVID process.

A deposit of €2000 is required for the reservation, a pre-authorization on your credit card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in case of problems during your stay. Our apartments are now equipped with Minut decibel meters that trigger an alarm when the maximum allowed sound level is exceeded. In case of partying or complaints from neighbors about noise after 10 p.m., the entire deposit may be debited.
