Ideally located in the famous Cours Julien district, the meeting place for artists in Marseille, NOCNOC offers Le Nid, on the 3rd floor of an old building without lift, a sumptuous 120 m2 air-conditioned apartment on 3 levels, which can accommodate up to to 12 people. Its 4 double bedrooms, its dormitory as well as its 2 bathrooms will allow you to enjoy a stay in a group while keeping your privacy.

- A magnificent air-conditioned living room, through, opening onto the quiet terrace on the courtyard side.Living-dining room, very bright, 1 sofa, flat screen HD television

- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, electric oven, hob and everything you need to prepare good meals.

- Bedroom 4, with queen size bed (160x200), air-conditioned
- Separate toilets
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer

3rd level:

An open space, air-conditioned with skylight.Children will find a corner to play, as well as 4 single beds, a washing machine and a small water point for brushing their teeth.

Self check-in/out option is available thanks to a key box.

Description of the neighborhood

Located in the heart of the city center, a stone's throw from Noailles and the Old Port, the Cours Julien is one of the most lively districts of Marseille, day and night. It is the ideal place to discover the most beautiful works of street art in the city.

The "Cours Ju", as it is called in Marseille, has now become an atypical and unmissable place in the city.A meeting place for artists with its art galleries, designers of all kinds, shops and musicians, it is pleasant to visit both during the day for the terraces of its restaurants and in the evening for its festive and cosmopolitan atmosphere, but also for its pedestrian streets and play areas for children and families.

The Cours Julien is very easily accessible on foot from the Old Port, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot with a little difference in altitude.

You can also get there by metro (line 2) by getting off at “Notre-Dame du Mont” station.
