Cleaning fees are included in the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision of bed linen, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay, all cleaned by professionals in accordance with anti-COVID procedures.

Before accessing the accommodation, you will need to register via the secure Enso platform and choose between a refundable security deposit (€500) OR non-refundable damage insurance (€60).

Our apartments are equipped with Minut decibel meters that trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded (95 db between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.).

The Amarelo apartment is located on avenue Bouisson Bertrand between the historic center and the lively district of Boutonnet, a 2-minute walk from the tram line 1. The calm in the city center, on the ground floor of a renovated building and close to amenities, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

- The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
- You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay
- The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing
- Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded.
- Ideal for families with children (a lit umbrella can be provided to you free of charge on request) or for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room.
