Cleaning fees are included in the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision of bed linen, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay, all cleaned by professionals in accordance with anti-COVID procedures.

Before accessing the accommodation, you will need to register via the secure Enso platform and choose between a refundable security deposit (€500) OR non-refundable damage insurance (€60).

Our apartments are equipped with Minut decibel meters that trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded (95 db between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.).

The apartment Le Lume is located on avenue Bouisson Bertrand between the historic center and the lively district of Boutonnet, a 2-minute walk from the tramway line 1. Calm in the city center, on the first floor with balcony of a building renovated and close to amenities, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
