At the 1st level:

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge freezer, hob, electric oven and everything you need to prepare good meals) as well as a large table.
- Magnificent quiet terrace on the garden side with tables, chairs and parasol to enjoy the sun
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 x 200 cm), and a double sofa bed.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 x 200 cm), and a double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a desk.
- Magnificent bathroom with a large shower & WC

The 2nd level of the splash, you will find 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed 160x200cm each. The space offers an incredible surface and volumes, very bright, with adjoining bathroom (shower, washing machine, dryer, WC), and separate WC.
