Cleaning fees are included in the total price displayed. They include cleaning, the provision of bed linen, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay, all cleaned by professionals.

Before accessing the accommodation, you will need to register via the secure Enso platform and choose between a refundable security deposit (€500) OR non-refundable damage insurance (€60).

Our apartments are equipped with Minut decibel meters that trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum permitted noise level is exceeded (95 db between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.).

Ideally located on the Place de la Comédie, the Trois Grâces apartment with its parquet floor will accommodate up to 15 travelers.

Take advantage of its (almost) 70m2 space just a few steps from the tram!

Layout and beds
- A large living room with 2 sofa beds,
- An equipped kitchen open to a dining area with a large table,
- Bedroom 1: 2 beds 140x200cm,
- Bedroom 2: 4 90x190cm beds divided into 2 bunk beds,
- Bedroom 3: 2 140x200cm beds, one on a mezzanine,
- 2 bathrooms with shower or bathtub and each 1 toilet.

Useful information
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
- You will be able to contact a member of our team for the duration of your stay
- Check-in/out can be done independently using a key box on the landing: arrival time 5 p.m. / departure time 11 a.m.
- Our apartments are now equipped with decibel meters which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum authorized sound level is exceeded
- Ideal for families with children (A travel cot can be provided free of charge on request, as well as a high chair)
